You have to take the elevator down and catch the shuttle yourself. We finally get parked and then realize that there is no shuttle service on these floors. So we went through all the gates and security measures again to make our way to the 4th floor. He told us to park on a different floor and it would be fine. We ended up driving back down to the office where we asked the shuttle driver for help. She was polite and really wanted to help me but I couldn't understand what she was saying. I called the office and was connected to a very friendly lady who was trying to help me but unfortunately her accent was so strong that I couldn't understand a word she said. When we arrived we went through all the hassle of making our way to the roof (which said it had 4 open spots) to find there were no spots available (even though we had a reservation).
